We are a private lending company that has been providing equity based loans in Chicago Illinois for Commercial and Investment real estate transactions since 1995. We have been working with Real Estate Owners, Investors, Developers and distressed property investors to create profitable real estate ventures.
We fund both residential and commercial investment property transactions. Our focus is residential properties throughout the Greater Chicago land area including Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana. We fund single-family homes, condominiums, and multi unit buildings.
In 2010 we added California, New York and Florida to our lending area for residential investment. We lend nationwide for commercial loans starting at $100,000.
